When will my package ship?

Great question! Please allow 3-5 business days for us to ship package. You should receive tracking information on your package once it has been labeled and lovingly placed in the mail.

What if my item gets lost or arrives damaged?

Please send a detailed email outlining the damage, pictures, and a contact number we can reach you at.

How will I know if the item I want will fit?

Measure your bust, waist, and hips  and compare it to the size chart in the product discription.

If you don't know how to measure, no worries! I've included a measuring guide below for your convenience. Helpful Tip: It's best if you can have another person take your measurements as these come out the most accurate.

What items can be returned?

We do not offer returns on vintage items or lingerie once they have been purchased. Each description on our items are detailed to give an accurate representation of the item. If you have any additional questions about the measurements, please send an email and we'll be happy to assist you. Be sure to know you're measurements as an item not fitting you correctly is never an excuse for an unsatisfied customer. Please refer to the shipping and returns page at the bottom of the page for information on how to return non-vintage items.

An item I want is out of stock. When will it be back?

Because the majority of items on this site are true vintage, they will not be restocked once they sell out. However, items with multiple quantities can usually expect to be restocked within a 1-3 month period based on expressed interest via email. 

What does it mean for an item to be on pre-order?

It may take 2-6 weeks for your item to ship out to you (it can sometimes be sooner depending on the item). You will receive a notification with tracking information when your item is shipped but you are free to ask about any updates on your order during that time. 

I love so many items on your page but I can't afford them right now. How can you help?

We would be happy to reserve an item for you until you are able to purchase whatever it is you love. We also offer payment plans as we feel that all women should have the vintage of their dreams!
